SL Green Realty Corp. Announces Pricing of 2,600,000 Shares of Common Stock

New York, NY, October 29, 2013 – SL Green Realty Corp. (the “Company”) (NYSE: SLG) announced today that it priced an underwritten public offering of 2,600,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”). The closing price of the Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange was $98.15 on October 28, 2013. The Company has granted the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional 390,000 shares of Common Stock during the next 30 days. The offering is expected to close on November 1, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include new investments and repayment of outstanding indebtedness of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Citigroup is serving as the sole underwriter of the offering.
