(the “Company”) (NYSE: SLG) announced that the Company will hold its 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, June 15, 2011. The board of directors established the close of business on Thursday, March 31, 2011, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting, which will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time and take place at the Grand Hyatt New York, 109 East 42nd Street at Grand Central Terminal, New York, New York, USA 10017.
SL Green Realty Corp., New York City’s largest office landlord, is the only fully integrated real estate investment trust, or REIT, that is focused primarily on acquiring, managing and maximizing value of Manhattan commercial properties. As of December 31, 2010, SL Green owned interests in 59 Manhattan properties totaling more than 31.5 million square feet.
