SL Green Realty Corp. Announces Common and Preferred Stock Dividends for First Quarter 2018

SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE:SLG), New York City’s largest Office
landlord, today announced that its board of directors has declared the
quarterly dividend of $0.8125 per share of common stock. The dividend is
payable on April 16, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of
business on April 2, 2018.

The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly dividend on
the company’s Series I Preferred Stock for the period January 15, 2018
through and including April 14, 2018, of $0.40625 per share, which is
the equivalent of an annualized dividend of $1.625 per share. The
dividend will be payable on April 16, 2018 to shareholders of record at
the close of business on April 2, 2018.
