SL Green Realty Corp. Announces $0.72 Dividend on Its Common Stock for the Second Quarter of 2016

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE:SLG), New York City’s largest commercial

property owner, today announced that its board of directors has declared

the quarterly dividend of $0.72 per share of common stock. The dividend

is payable on July 15, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of

business on June 30, 2016.

The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly dividend on

the company’s Series I Preferred Stock for the period April 15, 2016

through and including July 14, 2016, of $0.40625 per share, which is the

equivalent of an annualized dividend of $1.625 per share. The dividend

is payable on July 15, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of

business on June 30, 2016.
