SL Green Realty Corp. Announces $0.60 Dividend on Its Common Stock for First Quarter 2015


SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE:SLG) today reported that its board of

directors has declared the quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share of

common stock. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2015 to shareholders

of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015.

The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly dividend on

the company’s Series I Preferred Stock for the period January 15, 2015

through and including April 14, 2015, of $0.40625 per share, which is

the equivalent of an annualized dividend of $1.625 per share. The

dividend will be payable April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the

close of business on March 31, 2015.
