(the “Company”) (NYSE: SLG) announced that the Company has rescheduled its 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for Tuesday, June 19, 2012. As previously announced, the board of directors established the close of business on Friday, March 30, 2012, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting. The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time and take place at the Grand Hyatt New York, 109 East 42nd Street at Grand Central Terminal, New York, New York, USA 10017.
