NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Chef Daniel Boulud today announced that he will partner with SL Green to develop an exciting new culinary concept for One Vanderbilt Avenue, the 1,401-foot skyscraper anchoring the modernization of the East Midtown Business District.

With 1.7 million square feet of 21st century office space, One Vanderbilt will feature column-free floorplates, unmatched ceiling heights, 360 degree views, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and a package of modern office amenities unrivaled in New York City.
