EDWARD V. PICCINICH

Edward V. Piccinich serves Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for construction, development, operations, information technology, sustainability, human resources, and management of SL Green’s portfolio. Mr. Piccinich also oversees the construction of One Vanderbilt, a 1.7 million-square-foot state-of-the-art office tower currently being developed adjacent to Grand Central Terminal that will transform the New York City skyline and provide $220 million in public transit improvements.
Mr. Piccinich holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College, and previously worked for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey overseeing the World Trade Center complex, and at JP Morgan as Vice President. He is a board member of REBNY's Management Division and Urban Green Council. Mr. Piccinich is also a principal member of BOMA, the New York Building Congress, and the Real Estate Advisory Board. He resides in New York City with his wife and has three children.
