SL Green Realty Corp. Closes Full Floor Lease at 215 Park Avenue South

New York, NY – March 5, 2007 – SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) today announced that tourism and economic development public relations specialists, Development Counsellors International, Ltd. has leased the entire tenth floor, covering 16,500 square feet, at 215 Park Avenue South for ten years. SL Green serves as leasing and managing agent to the building, which is owned by 215 Park Avenue South Associates, Inc.
A leader in the field of corporate communications, Development Counsellors International (DCI) specializes exclusively in all phases of economic development and tourism marketing.

Other prominent building tenants include leading architectural firm, Perkins + Will, publishing house, Houghton Mifflin Co., advertising agency, AKA Inc., and leader in work environment solutions, Kimball International Marketing, Inc.
